Videos play inside the app in HD. Clicking a tutorial now opens a large player in the app instead of a YouTube tab, so videos start at 720p rather than 360p. Open on YouTube is still there in the player's header, and Ctrl/Cmd-click opens the YouTube page as before

New play icon in the top bar (next to What's New) opens a Video Tutorials panel on the right of the screen, on every page
Tutorials are grouped by area — Purchases & Adding Stock, Sales, Rate & Costs — and the group for the page you're on is highlighted and listed first
Each entry shows a thumbnail, length and a one-line summary; click to watch on YouTube. Type in the search box to filter
First set: which sale form to use and the settings behind the Create Sale quick link, Create Sale, Bulk Sale (including pasting a list of IMEIs), the touch-screen sale, adding phones and accessories to stock, restocking without creating duplicates, bulk extra costs, and updating a sold item's price
