Ask "How do I…?" from any screen
- A help button now sits on every page. Type the question the way you would say it out loud — "customer wants to part ex their old phone", "the till is charging the wrong amount", "my spreadsheet upload only did some of them" — and the steps come back. Nothing to search and no manual to find first
- It knows which screen you are on. Ask "do I need their ID?" on the trade-in screen and it answers about trade-ins. The same three words on another screen get the page for where you actually are
- It answers "what is…?" as well as "how do I…?" — what does UnProcessed mean, what is the difference between a rate and a sale price, what is the margin scheme
- When the guide does not cover something, it says so rather than inventing a menu that does not exist. Those questions are kept, so the guide gets written where people are actually asking
- Where a tutorial video covers the same ground it is offered with the answer, one click to play
- Twenty questions per person per day, so it cannot run away with itself. Ask a twenty-first and it tells you the day's limit is reached rather than failing oddly; the count clears at midnight, and it is per person, not per shop
